Welcome to CrisisJack! Our platform connects skilled technician companies with clients seeking emergency repair services. By signing up as a CrisisJack technician partner, your company agrees to comply with these Terms and Conditions. Please review these terms carefully as they establish the rights, obligations, and expectations for CrisisJack's technicians and CrisisJack Inc.
1. Eligibility Requirements
1.1 Company Status: CrisisJack partners with registered companies.
1.2 Licensing and Insurance: Your company must provide up-to-date documentation as follows: Relevant Trade Licenses, General Liability Insurance with a minimum coverage of $1 million.
1.3 Compliance: Your company agrees to comply with all local, province, and federal regulations governing your trade, as well as CrisisJack’s standards.
2. Service and Conduct Standards
2.1 Professionalism: Technicians must maintain professionalism during all interactions with clients, CrisisJack representatives, and other associated professionals.
2.2 Service Quality: Technicians are expected to provide high-quality, to the best of their ability, repair services and ensure all jobs meet industry standards.
2.3 Safety Standards: Technicians must adhere to all health and safety protocols, ensuring a safe working environment for themselves and clients.
2.4 Privacy and Confidentiality: Technicians are required to protect customer privacy by not sharing personal or job-related information outside the scope of the work.
3. Use of CrisisJack Platform
3.1 Account Security: The technician company must keep login credentials secure and notify CrisisJack immediately if unauthorized access is suspected.
3.2 Job Acceptance: Technicians must accept only if they wish to service a job. Technicians may decline job requests at their discretion. It is in a technician's best interest to respond promptly when a CrisisJack Repair Request is received. Repeated delays and failures to respond to an accepted job may impact the company’s standing on CrisisJack.
3.3 Declining a Job: When declining a job, a technician may text 'no' to remove themselves from the job pool.
3.3 Timely Arrival: Once a job is accepted, technicians are required and expected to arrive promptly, treating all requests as high-priority emergencies.
4. Quality Assurance and Dispute Resolution
4.1 Issue Resolution: If a client disputes the service quality or completion, CrisisJack reserves the right to investigate. The technician company must cooperate fully.
4.2 Quality Checks: CrisisJack may conduct periodic quality checks to ensure services meet established standards. Technicians agree to cooperate with these checks as part of our quality assurance process.
4.3 Dispute Resolution: All disputes between the technician company and CrisisJack will be resolved through mediation before pursuing other remedies. If mediation fails, the dispute shall be resolved in the jurisdiction of [Your Location’s Legal Jurisdiction].
5. Termination of Partnership
5.1 Termination by CrisisJack: CrisisJack reserves the right to terminate the partnership at any time if the technician company fails to adhere to these terms, engages in unprofessional conduct, or consistently provides substandard services.
5.2 Termination by Technician Company: Technician companies may terminate their partnership with CrisisJack by providing 30 days' written notice.
6. Limitation of Liability
6.1 No Liability for Losses: CrisisJack is not liable for any damages, losses, or costs incurred by the technician company, including but not limited to loss of revenue, opportunity, or reputation, arising from the use of our platform.
6.2 No Guarantee of Work Volume: CrisisJack does not guarantee a minimum number of jobs or earnings to technician companies using the platform.
7. Amendments
7.1 Changes to Terms: CrisisJack reserves the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Technicians will be notified of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes indicates acceptance.
7.2 Notification of Changes: CrisisJack will communicate significant amendments through the email registered with the account or via platform notifications. It is the technician company’s responsibility to review these Terms and Conditions periodically.
8. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Canada.
By signing up and accessing the CrisisJack platform and leads, you agree to the above Terms and Conditions.
