For Clients:

CrisisJack only shares essential information with clients after technician acceptance of a service request. Clients may receive general location and estimated arrival times but will not have access to the technician’s exact location until the technician confirms the service.
For Technicians:
When technicians receive a service request, they receive an anonymized report that includes only general location data (e.g., within a 10 km radius) until the client confirms the booking and pays the dispatch fee. Technicians see specific location and contact information only after this confirmation step, ensuring both parties’ privacy.

We may disclose your information to comply with legal obligations, in response to legal requests (e.g., subpoenas), or to protect our rights and the safety of users or the public.
