The service company fills out our onboarding form to create an account on CrisisJack.
What’s required:
→ Company name & contact info
→ Services offered (e.g. plumbing, HVAC, electrical)
→ Service area coverage
→ Certification documentation
Contracting companies must submit the following documentation.
1. Trade License(s):
Proof of certification or license for each trade they’re offering (e.g. plumbing license, HVAC certification).
2. General Liability Insurance:
An active insurance policy with at least $1,000,000 in coverage. This ensures protection in case of property damage or injury.
3. WSIB or Workers’ Comp Coverage:
Proof that the company has current workplace injury coverage through WSIB or an equivalent authority.
Our verification team personally reviews every submission.
We check:
→ Authenticity of licenses and documents
→ Coverage dates and policy validity
→ Service areas and company info accuracy
→ Reviews from other sites (Google, Trust Pilot, Yelp, etc.)
Once verified, the company is approved and receives access to the CrisisJack platform.
They can now:
